What is Oligo?

So you’ve probably heard of oxidation & free radicals.  If not, no worries.  Oxidation is a process which produces or releases free radicals which in turn causes cell damage in your body.  Remember when I mentioned earlier about the vitamin crystalizing in your stomach?  Well that crystallization process causes a free radical reaction to occur.  These free radicals are released into your intestines, causing direct damage to the cells lining your intestines.  By taking non oligo products, your exposing your intestines to this oxidative stress.
